Our video is fantastic, but I have to say that the true highlight of working with Eric was the process he took us through to get to the end product. He asks the right questions, knows how to plan, knows when decisions need to be made, and facilitates the entire process skillfully. This was especially important to me, as I did not have a ton of experience with video production. He helped us define the story we wanted to tell and knew exactly how to prepare for and structure our interviews to authentically elicit the messages we wanted. Eric helped me learn as we went, making the work even more valuable.

Eric was an amazing partner to have on the MOOC on blended learning that the Christensen Institute, New Teacher Center, and Silicon Schools Fund did on Coursera. Not only is Eric a great videographer, who was amazing with the camera and lighting, thoughtful and artistic with his shots, and professional in the way he worked with outside subjects and in schools, but Eric is also incredibly creative and thoughtful in shaping a film’s narrative, and he was critical to us throughout the MOOC in shaping such a compelling overall product. Working with Eric was a very positive experience! Not only did I get a beautifully made video for my Kickstarter fundraising campaign but there were unexpected treasures. As a legal non-profit we were interested in a professional, yet affordable, video production of two 45-minute training videos. Eric and his skilled crew completely fit the bill. Here’s what we liked:

Eric worked for me and a colleague to shoot a video for a non-profit project involving health care. The subject matter was somewhat sensitive. We found Eric to be exceptionally skillful in all aspects of this project. He was timely, thorough, and thoughtful during the whole process, which involved several get-togethers. I had never “performed” in a video and he gave excellent suggestions and direction and made me feel so comfortable. He was timely in responding to emails and did a fantastic job editing, even going to way more time and trouble than he was paid for to fix a particular issue of filming.
